We want you to experience the recovery benefits of OOFOS firsthand; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Recovery Footwear

  Securely place your OOFOS in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
