How do I find the right size for my OOFOS?
OOFOS generally run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up for women and sizing down for men to ensure the most comfortable fit and proper arch support alignment.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard ground shipping on all orders. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How do I return or exchange my purchase?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in clean, like-new condition.
Can I wash my OOFOS footwear?
